Alisa Brown, RMT
Hi! My name is Alisa Brown and I have been a member of the BodyMends Massage Therapy team since 2008. Prior to this, I was a practicing Registered Massage Therapist in the province of New Brunswick for seven years. I am currently a practicing Occupational Therapist; however I continue to work as a Massage Therapist on a part time basis.
Through my experience, I have developed techniques to integrate different aspects of my education together for optimum therapeutic benefit. I specialize in the relief of chronic pain patterns whether they are trigger point pain, repetitive stress injuries, headaches or general tension.
I have had considerable success in treating a wide range of chronic problems with massage therapy and re-educating my clients on correct posture, nutrition, and stretching and strengthening muscles that have been weakened or injured. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your health goals.
